TCE Testing in Binghamton

EPA Publishes Final Rule on All Appropriate Inquiries

New regulatory requirements for environmental site assessments go into effect today that are designed to increase liability protections for brownfield cleanup and reuse. These additional protections will hopefully promote further community investment and brownfield redevelopment.
